Friendsgiving Workout
When: Saturday, November 23rd
Check-in: 8:30 AM
Warm-up: 8:45 AM
Workout Start: 9 AM
Team Captains: At least two coaches per team will serve as co-captains. Co-captains will determine the team name and colors for the day and will help organize the team and coordinate the workout.
Workout Plan: Join us for a fun and challenging team-style workout designed to be inclusive for all fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting your fitness journey, there's a movement for everyone.
Food and Drinks:
- 10 AM: Let's start the food and drink portion! Stay for 5-minutes or until 11 am.
- Sign-up Sheet: Please add your name and the food or drink you'll bring to the whiteboard.
- Food Categories: We'll divide food items into categories to ensure a variety of options.
- Beverages: The gym will provide water and soft drinks. Feel free to bring your own preferred beverages as well.
