I'm excited to dive in deeper during our time together and learn more about your goals. This in-person session is a chance for me to answer any questions you could have about fitness programs at ENG. Earned not Given, and for us to see if we are a good fit.
Do not worry about wearing workout clothes; we'll simply chat. Think of it as a relaxed conversation to understand your needs and aspirations. There's no pressure at all – just information and an opportunity to connect.
I'll also send you a quick text with directions and calendar reminders to our gym after you pick a time.

Yes. We like to organize our fitness classes into small groups, as this allows you to meet others.
We are here to build each other up.
2 to 4 classes a week, with the goal of working up to 3 to 5 a week after your first few months.
We have filtered water available to our members. Other snacks and drinks are available for purchase.

We take all major credit cards and debit cards as well as bank draft. We do not accept personal checks.
